How We Can
Work Together
A safe space to heal, rebuild, and move forward.
Types
of Therapy
Our work will focus on identifying your strengths, clarifying what you want to be different, and taking practical, manageable steps toward change. Together, we’ll build insight, improve communication, and help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and connection.

Couples and FamilyTherapy
Navigating your journey together
Trauma does not only affect individuals - it often shows up in relationships as conflict, emotional distance, or difficulty communicating. I specialize in couples therapy where one or both partners have experienced trauma.
In couples counseling, we focus on:
* Improving communication and emotional safety
* Breaking negative interaction cycles
* Rebuilding trust and connection
* Strengthening teamwork in the relationship
-
My non-biased approach helps couples shift from blame or disconnection to understanding, collaboration, and repair.
2-Day Couples' Intensive
Is traditional weekly therapy not having any results, or do you not have time to dedicate to weekly or bi-weekly sessions? A 2-day intensive session may be what you are looking for. Intensives are highly effective forms of therapy and can drastically improve your relationship in 48 hours.
What I Treat
I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families affected by trauma, PTSD, and military sexual trauma. However, I also treat a variety of mental health conditions including anxiety, bipolar, and depression. I also provide traditional couples therapy. Here are some of the most common concerns I help clients navigate:
